In recent years, Laicheng Power plant earnestly fulfill their social responsibilities, and have carried out a number of environmental protection on equipment upgrade project, has invested more than 600 million RMB to complete environmental protection project on denigration transformation, dust transformation and expansion of desulfurization with high standards and high quality, fully meet the new requirements of "Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants". To realize standard emission of environmental protection, technical innovation is the hardware and foundation, strengthen management is starting point and guaranteed. Laicheng Power Plant actively practice "Two equal to" concept of "Environmental management is equivalent to safety management, Environmental protection facilities management is equivalent to power generation equipment management", On line monitoring the instrument management and operation, insist operation to synchronous with the host device, synchronous patrol, synchronous evaluation, in case of equipment defect, abnormal it will additional personnel priority, maintenance priority, procurement priority, At present, environmental protection equipment and stable operation, Current environmental protection equipment run with good and stability operating, various environmental indicators are reach or exceed the new environmental law requirements. In order to optimize the management process, improve work efficiency, we take environmental data on line monitoring as the focus on research, therefore the systematic design of environmental monitoring platform is problems to be solved placed in front of the technical staff.In the technical aspects of the system design use of Java language development, and use of MVC development model, divided to system to presentation layer, control layer and service layer of three layer structure model. Then according to the needs of the system, to design the interface and function of the system, In the View layer of the system, Mainly used to JSP, HTML and JavaScript, etc. to design the system, Then, in terms of the business logic of the system is controlled through the SSH framework, Where Struts is responsible for the analysis and forwarding of all requests, When the page request is sent, Struts to call some classes to achieve aspects of functional operation according to the situation, Spring is used to control the reversal, Through the Spring to reduce the coupling of the system, let the modules of the system become more clear, greatly improved the function of execution ability in the system, Finally in Hibernate to link up the database and system by mapping, then realize the data exchange between the system and the database, MySQL database used in this system.The system is divided into five functional modules:abnormal index, monitoring management, unit diagnosis and management, Environmental monitoring management, Report analysis management and energy efficiency management. Under each function module has its sub function. Abnormal index monitoring management is manage for exception handling of index. The unit diagnostic is process of diagnosis for the abnormal situation. Environmental monitoring is core functions of the system. Is the monitor management which responsible for the problems in the system, Report analysis is analysis of the main statements in the system. Energy efficiency management is supervision work for energy efficiency use in the system.The design and development of the system play a guiding role for Laicheng Power Plant on environmental parameter, control and adjustment, can monitoring and analysis in real time for new energy-saving and upgrading environmental protection equipment, realize the automatic warning and real-time reminder. In the energy efficiency management of the system also contains a standard management function, Convenient control benchmark and find the deficiency and disparity of factory operation, positive to optimization, adjust running status of environmental protection equipment, to effectively control and solve the problem of pollutants exceed the standard, achieve ultra-low emission.
