With the clay brick gradually leaving the stage of history, the concrete block takes the placeto be the mainstream in wall materials.However,the most domestic equipment make the concreteblock forming irregular and degree of compaction is not good. The imported equipment isexpensive and difficult to repair,they are not very satisfactory.Thus,the domestic market needs aautomatic molding equipment which is good at vibration molding and fitting to Chinese market.This paper analyzes the current stage of market situation. Base on the basis of the carefulconsideration of the pressing process,it combines mechanical electrical and hydraulic technologyand takes PLC to control the equipment operation and real-time collect system status informationto the touch screen.By the programme technology of touch screen to complete the equipmentoverall control and monitor.And the fuzzy PID control method is tried to introduce into thecontrol system to improve the level of automation. By comparing the simulation results,it showsthe feasibility and advantage,makes the effect of vibration compaction more satisfied and thedensity better.
