In recent years, Shanxi power grid scale is continually expanding,1000000volt ACdemonstration project in Shanxi province access grid, electricity load growth, sendingpower increased significantly, Shanxi saves power company to enter a new developmentperiod, the power of lean and intelligent management put forward higher requirementsto the power grid, safety management the level and capability of withstanding disastershave further requirements.Based on Shanxi provincial refined weather forecast, Shanxi province electricpower meteorological service system was designed according to certain maincharacteristics in power production. Shanxi province electric power meteorologicalservice system consists of meteorological information collection modules andmeteorological information service function modules. Through data informationprocessing, which is based on central database, integration of a variety of personalized,professional application, and has certain extension ability. The system of informationacquisition, distribution, from publishing, human-computer interaction, can guaranteethe timely release of information and orderly storage.Weather information collection function model completes the collection methodsof traditional forecasting documents, Numerical weather forecasting products storageand real-time weather information storage. At the same time, the model processesweather information data which electric power department required, and transfer themto weather information service sub system weather data processing server, and wait forthem to be processed. Weather information service function model perform processingand storage data which came from Weather information collection function model. It’sweb service provide weather information to end user for searching in web-basedmethod.In order to maintain system safety and security, the system uses double web-station“mirror” service mode. Build web station both on internet and intranet. Data transferrequires protocol authentication, verify the effectiveness and legality of the datarequirement, preventing malicious network data transfer requests. The system added website nest-proof function avoiding other website illegally nesting and hot-linking.Inthe processing of user and passwords, the system applied the popular md5one-wayencryption algorithm to protect user safety.Through the establishment of grid information system for electric powerdispatching departments, can provide more precise weather forecast data, which canmore accurately making the plan of power generation and transmission planning,medium and long-term power load forecasting, the reasonable arrangement of the unitmaintenance, realize energy saving dispatching, dispatching of Shanxi power grid andprecision, ensure the safe and stable operation of UHV power grid. Through theestablishment of grid information system for electric power dispatching departments,can provide more timely, detailed weather condition and development trend so as toavoid the occurrence of major power blackout, reduce the loss caused by bad weather.Establishing electric network meteorological information system, is the safe operationof Shanxi power grid and the scientific development, is the comprehensive constructionof strong smart grid needs.
