| The subject of the thesis source is part of the key studies of the Xinjiang Branchof China Unicom, its content is the Design and Development of Xinjiang, ChinaUnicom value-added services development platform. Unicom’s value-added businessdevelopment platform for building goal is to integrate the existing types of mobilevalue-added business resources, the formation of a mobile value-added services to endto solutions platform, which can quickly respond to business needs. This system willgreatly reduce the development of value-added services, operating costs, andsubstantially shorten the cycle of the business opened.From the business needs of the subject, in order to meet the comprehensiveneeds of Unicom’s value-added business development platform, the subject from theapplication point of view the functionality of the platform is divided into twocategories: basic business functions and systems management and maintenancefunctions.
