With the advent of the3G, mobile network has a higher data transfer rate and dataservices to their ability to support mobile value-added services to enter a period of rapiddevelopment. Download the class of business, mobile streaming media services, digitalmultimedia broadcasting, application software, games and other digital content distributionbusiness to meet the needs of users of mobile devices, and enhance the user’s businessexperience. At the same time, the illegal copying of digital content and copyrightinfringement problems in the value-added business become more severe. The digital rightsof value-added services must be effectively protected, or the company’s businessinnovation will be hurt seriously, not conducive to the development of the entire mobilevalue-added industries. Digital rights management technology to the introduction ofmobile value-added services to ensure the spread of digital content in the mobile networkand the interests of content providers. The DRM of mobile value-added has become one ofthe worldwide mobile business hotspots.The paper is based on my project practices in the mobile value-added business servicescompany, research and practice the following with the development trend of mobilevalue-added services and a hot research.1. Analysis of studies DRM involved technical points: encryption technology, digitalsignatures, digital watermarking technology, authentication and permissions expresslanguage technology and so on. Analysis of development trends in the DRM, Briefdescription of the system structure of a wide range of mobile field applications OMA DRM2.0, content protection and copyright object access protocol ROAP.2. Analysis of the basic principle of the RSA algorithm and ECC algorithm,comparison of encryption and decryption algorithm complexity and security, the ECCalgorithm to achieve, and contrast obtained the encryption and decryption algorithm whichis more suitable for mobile networks. 3. Given system objectives, business processes and functions of the demand forDRM-based mobile value-added service platform, and DRM module, order productson-demand, monthly product order and database design with the system architecture of theMVC design pattern in the.NET platform.4. Introduce the related systems of mobile value-added service platform applicationdevelopment environment, tools and technology, alysis of the key modules in the platformimplementation about the file encryption module, the part of licensing, bckground controlsection, cannel poduct operations and satistical analysis report.5. Analysis of mobile value-added business development direction and trend. Proposednext step of research and development direction.Internet and mobile network value-added services has become increasingly diverse,which is result of the increasing demand of DRM in digital content.3G mobile networktechnology continues to evolve, DRM has huge potential applications. The exposition ofthis article is conducive to the protection of digital content creators and copyright ownersto obtain legal benefits, and copyright information. Copyright owners save a lot of timeand effort because of the copyright issues, and to ensure that the legitimate use of digitalcontent and the healthy development of mobile value-added services industry, with acertain reference value for the construction of the mobile network security.
