On the other hand, the payment report data generated under the existing mobile base stations rent payment management process provide an effective decision-making basis for the management of the mobile company.Exploring the use of workflow technology to separate logic business of rent charge management from MIS software architecture. When business processes change, only to re-design process definition, and then generate the rule into the rule base, the workflow engine will automatically build a process instance under the new process rules, and control it correctly, so as to quickly and easily meet the requirements of business process reengineering, avoiding unnecessary duplication of computer manage and control system due to restructuring or re-division.
