Based on the analyses and research of workflow theory and technology, the paper gives the design and implementation of the workflow management system embedded with bills. The system is a key element of UFSoft NC-ERP UAP(United Architecture Platform) , which not only organizes all the bills of a business type, but also configures the actions and components of each bill. In order to meet the special requirements of the enterprise, the configuration tool can appoints the source bills of a bill, the drive bills of a bill, the actions of a bill, the constrictions of an action and the components on the effective action. Workflow configuration tool of the build time, process management tool of the run time and message service tool are the important modules of workflow management system. All the components of the system use object-oriented method to design and implementation. UML diagrams use Rational Rose software as the object-oriented design assistant tool. The system uses JAVA as program language. The paper gives application of a typical sale management business process using workflow management system. Finally, the limitation and development of the workflow management system is proposed. The workflow management system can accelerate the implementation of the system, reduce and carry on the work load that develops of codes to different business process greatly, benefit to expansion and maintenance of the system, improve stability of the system. End user can configure the is process of business using the system , design the process and model that are more suitable for enterprise's own characteristics , raise the application efficiency of ERP system.
