In order to overcome the shortcoming of Low discriminate ability, inefficient settlement, unquenchable capital safety in traditionally bill authenticating method, this paper give a arithmetic using technology of digital signature to authenticate bill. In order to verify a bill, we use digital signature arithmetic to encrypt the information of bill and generate a payment code. The bill has serial number, the account number, the transfer money, and the date, and these information associates with payment code. The background application in bank can discriminate if the bill is real from the payment code and the other information in.bill. In the way, the bank can deal with the bill quickly and exactly.First, this paper discusses popular cipher system and cipher technology to ascertain system running method and encrypting arithmetic. Compare with arithmetic in existence, we select RSA and SHA-1 as the basic arithmetic, and use DES to solve the secure problem in communication. And then emphatically explain the principle and security of the three arithmetic with source code of C. Secondly, we explain the design principle and implement scenario of system. In order to overcome malpractice of bill authentication system in existence, we put forward the goal we should achieve and the blue print using digital signature arithmetic. Thirdly, we go into particulars of system modules and courses. At last, we discuss the running instance.This scenario can also safely apply to online payment system, phone bank system, etc. So it' s can make bank computerizing.
