Based On The Iso 18000-6 - C Standard Uhf Rfid Read-write Device Design And Implementation

As a way of information collection,Radio Frequency Identification is thetechnology that achieves information transmission in order to identify purposes by usingRF signal of space coupling．It is the convenience of this technology that make it getrapid development and worldwide application.The UHF RFID technology has asignificant advantages such as long-range identification，rapid transmission and highreading-speed,so it has got wide attention and the research of this paper focuses on it.The aim of this paper is to design a high performance UHF RFID reader based onthe standard ISO18000-6C/EPCglobal Gen2,which is used for production,warehousemanagement and logistics.First,the RFID technology is introduced briefly,then comes the description aboutwhat it looks like now and problems facing, thirdly followed what would it be in thefuture. Based on the detailed analysis of the needs of market, the key performanceindicators of the UHF RFID reader which is needed to design is given.Moreover, the structure and principle of UHF RFID systerm is studied,and thedesigen process of a UHF RFID reader is analized. The next step is to design the systemarchitecture of a UHF RFID reader that will include a UHF RFID transceiving module,a embedded control module and a power management module,then realized the circuitof these three modules.Based on the work above,a UHF RFID reader is developed andsome performace test will put on it.The performance test in practice shows that, the technical indicators such asread-write speed，recognition rate and recognition distance about this UHF RFID readerare attained or better than the design requirements,which can better meet the needs ofpractical application and would be widely used in future.
