RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is the technical from the twentieth century is beginning to mature an automatic identification technology. It uses RF approach to non-contact two-way communication, exchange of data, so as to achieve the purpose of identification. One ultra-high frequency (UHF) radio frequency identification system have the advange of reading and writing distance far and fast. it is the international RFID product development hot spots. In the large-scale applications within many areas of society, their right to improve people's quality of life, improve economic efficiency of enterprises, strengthen public safety and raise the level of information society have had a significant impact. In this paper, an integrated home and abroad in recent years, digital UHF RFID reader system architecture, algorithms and implementation techniques related research based on the integration of independently completed the ISO18000-6 TypeA, B Agreement and the EPC Gen2 standard RFID reader system and the key to module design.Introduce the UHF band RFID reader of the research background, applications, and compare the application protocols; use MATLAB software to simulate the code and decode protocol which appropriate ISO and EPC Gen2 standard protocol, verification and analysis of its performance; In theory basis of the analysis, we select the proper performance and price of hardware components designed for readers, the RF part use the discrete components,it is useful for innovation and independent product development; The base band part combined the FPGA with MCU,This way is flexible for circuit designing, data storaging and high-speed data processing. Finally Analysis a universal binary and ALOHA anti-collision algorithm, and then puts forward a new slotted ALOHA algorithm technique based on CDMA, improved system throughput.
