| The archives are non-renewable resources in the development of various areas of the country have a vital reference value and conservation value, invaluable human and cultural wealth. Therefore, for the security of the Archives is the most influential work in the archives. Ya’an City Archives records storage Safety Management, designed a set of Ya’an City records storage intelligent security management system.The system temperature, humidity, security, fire protection, ventilation, disinfection and sterilization, access control, video surveillance integration in a unified management platform, eight anti-file protection, Ya’an City archives records storage security to protect the judicious management and control. The use of system security protection of Ya’an City records storage a historic leap from passive labor management to management of a modern, intelligent, scientific and humane. System has completed the design and put into use of Ya’an City. National archives are safe, science-based conservation and management level reached advanced domestic level.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the subject, and archive records storage security intelligence management system overview, followed by analysis of this work to be done; second part of the archive file Treasurysecurity analysis of the needs of intelligent integrated management system, including system design principles, and systems to achieve the basic goals and structure of the system design, etc.; and design theory of knowledge and related technologies are introduced in detail;a detailed description of the three parts of the design of intelligent integrated management system for the security of the archive records storage; the fourth part of the archive records storage security intelligence management system implementation and testing; fifth part of the full text and vision for the future.The system design has been completed and put into use, the current National Archives in Ya’an City. |
