Research On Environmental Intelligence Monitoring And Management System Of Archives

In modern society,information resources play an important role in all aspects,so the importance of preserving these resources is self-evident.But now the warehouse environment monitoring system Most of the situation is not intelligent with low management efficiency.In view of the present situation of storehouse management,this paper designs the storehouse Environment monitoring management system which is used in the computer end and the mobile phone with the rapid development of the computer technology.This paper mainly introduces some functional modules of the PC software part of the archive Storehouse Environment Monitoring system which is designed by C#language and the Mobile client software part of the archive Storehouse Environment Monitoring system designed by the Java language.The main work of this article:(1)On the basis of the user requirement,the design of the software part of the PC storehouse monitoring system is based on the C#language,and SQL Server is used to store all the data required by the warehouse monitoring system.The upper computer system can monitor all the areas in the storehouse at the same time and collect the real-time data of the storehouse environment parameters,which is displayed on the upper computer interface.Technicians can also use the historical query function to display historical data in the form of reports and curves to understand the environmental changes in the warehouse.When there are some anomalies in the archives storehouse,for example,fire,flood,and so on,the system will start its own automatic alarm mechanism,prompting the user abnormal situation,while the host computer software system will send to the storehouse of equipment control command to the next machine,open the warehouse equipment,to ensure the safety of the warehouse.(2)According to the requirements of the user's remote monitoring,the system software part of the handset client is designed based on the Java language,and the remote storehouse monitoring system is developed on the Eclipse platform.The mobile client system can display the data of the environment parameters in the storehouse in real time,so that the user can know the environment condition in the storehouse more conveniently at any time.The user can also maintain the system data on the mobile client,which ensures the security of the system is new.When the file storehouse environment appears some unusual situation,the handset end also can realize the automatic alarm,reminds the user to maintain to the storehouse environment.(3)The successful PC system and mobile phone system have been tested comprehensively.The main function of each module of the system and the overall performance of the system are tested,and the system is improved according to the problems in the test phase system.Through testing,the stability and real-time performance of the system meet the requirements of users,complete the real-time monitoring of the environment in the warehouse.
