At this stage, with the increasing scale of enterprise, original and hand-management has been unable to meet people's needs. With the ever-changing technology, computer information management technology is developing rapidly, beginning to solve this problem. If combining computer technology and modern management techniques each other, it can be more accurate, high-speed to complete the business management of the daily storehouse goods. Therefore, this paper proposes a commodity storehouse management information systems.After a thorough investigation, I conducted the needs analysis of development tools, deciding to use Microsoft Foxpro6.0 as a development tool and object-oriented programming methods to develop and design. Object-oriented concepts and application extended to a wide range beyond the programming and software development。. Visual FoxPro 6.0 widely being used is inseparable its strong function, Visual FoxPro 6.0, compared with its previous versions, has higher performance and distinctive features. Features are as follows:(1) Provide many kinds of visualization programming tool, what is most prominent is the object-oriented programming.(2) The table design aspect has added up to the combination of table fields and the controls directly.The contents of this article are:(1) introduction. Introduces the background of this research project, including causes and significance of storehouse management information system of goods.(2) system analysis section. First introduced preliminary investigation of the system, then the system feasibility analysis, set the system's development objectives, and proposed a logical model of the system.(3) system design component. First, the security of the system of design, then the main features of the design of modular system, database design and programming.(4) system implementation part. Use Use-Case diagram to detailed design the functionality of the system, and development tools to write code using the various functions of the interface, and related operations.(5) test of the system parts. Test functional modules for each functional related and non-functional testing, to verify the availability of the system. The study is based on similar studies at home and abroad, trying to give a clear definition of storehouse management information systems theoretically, and from the perspective of systems analysis, management information systems, database theory and programming knowledge of the system the establishment and implementation steps carried out in detail.In the research process, the author's works include:(1) Through the author surveys, grasp a basic need in all aspects of the system. First, the feasibility of the system analysis, system development goals set, and the operation of the system design process and data flow.(2) the system needs analysis. Decided to use Microsoft Foxpro6.0 as development tools, object-oriented programming methods, the development and design. And a preliminary classification system of six parts, including 22 function modules.(3) outline the system design and detailed design. This includes a simple security system design, system functional design, database ER diagrams, and database tables required for the design, and code design. Also use the Use-Case diagram of the system, the detailed design of each module.(4) achieve the various system modules. Achieve stock operation subsystem, information management system, data query subsystem, records management subsystem, data printing subsystem, system operation the six sub-modules. Interface selected form and the corresponding drop-down menu shortcut buttons way, to fully complete the information on a variety of storage of users and managers, a library information, inventory information and other operations.(5) test each module of the system. Verify the availability of the system, detection system operation problems that may arise, and correct.The system design can be more convenient for business information of goods, personnel information management, reducing the waste of human and material resources, but also achieving efficient management of information management purposes. After the above work, basically achieves the intended purpose and the completion of the corresponding functions. I will continue to learn and improve the software perfectly.
