With the rapid development of integrated circuit technology and market demand for diversification, higher requirements have been proposed for the circuit design of complex test electronic systems. To avoid test functional diversification as a result of such as diverse testing system development cycle extended, system into repeat waste, poor compatibility shortcomings, use of the concept of commercial spot of COTS products, making its partial function modular, interface functions diversified, the system platform generalized is the one of the trend of the development of the test system.Combined with standardized FMC (FPGA Mezzanine Card) interface technology and reconfigurable technology in the system, this paper uses the data acquisition and signal replay for system function goal, design and implement a digitizer hardware platform based on the interconnection structure of the multi-FMC function daughter card with CPCI carrier board design which has dynamically reconfigurable characteristics. Thereinto the multi-function FMC daughter cards include four analog data acquisition cards with different technical indicators, as well as an analog signal generation function daughter card. Through equipping the different test functions FMC daughter Cards it can realize the test system function characteristics of logic reconfiguration.This topic from FMC series acquisition module project, use a digitizer card architecture design based on the FMC bus. The main content is to achieve a design of the digitizer carrier board which is compatible multi-function FMC daughter card, and have the characteristics such as real-time high-speed sampling and storage, data processing and transmission control functions etc. First of all analyzing the digital system design, use modular methods from the point of view of function classification to divide the system into several major module,such as:data acquisition module, the data storage module, master control module, signal replay module, interface module and CPCI module, meanwhile combining with the project design indexes, such as: realizing the FMC function high daughter card’s speed data flow (the maximum is the double channel3GSPS/8bits collection, or2GSPS/12bits replay) storage and processing, the compatibility and recognition technology for multiple cards, detailedly introduces each module circuit design basis and process; Secondly, expound the design and implement of the key technology which is involved on the loading board system, including data storage technology, FMC interface technology, in the system can reconstruct technology and identificalion technology, etc.; Finally, through the commissioning of signal acquisition, storage and playback, and reconfiguration in the system, verify effectively the basic test function of the system.
