With the widely application and research of Internet of Things and Industrial 4.0 concepts, also with the recently rapid development of FPGA/CPLD and other programmable processor technology, sensor data acquisition has become the focus of people research. Because of the functional requirements of various applications are complex and diverse, the required development cycle is getting shorter, the system requirements in self-adaptive and real-time are also increasing. Thus, a reconfigurable, versatile and stable data acquisition interface device has important meaning for intelligent systems of various fields.Firstly, this subject delves into the data collection technology and reconfigurable technology, summarized the current design theories, methods and processes of the two technologies, combined with the current development trend of intelligentize technology, establish the standard mode of FPGA-based reconfigurable data acquisition interface technology. Secondly, using Virtex4 series FPGA chip as the core controller design the hardware board of the suject. The hardware board includes basic module circuit, MT8816 switch matrix module circuit, SystemACE CF module circuit. Then, using VHDL language to complete the driver of chips, sensors and communication port of the sensor data acquisition system, also throughing switch matrix to achieve static reconfiguration, throughing SystemACE CF to achieve global dynamic reconfiguration, according to the EAPR design method to complete the basic design of partial dynamic reconfigurable of this topic. Finally, throughing the application examples of the design in the automated production of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent, verified in production applications via the any bridging function of matrix switch of the design, achieve the flexible switching of various types of sensor that connected to hardware board; and in production applications via the dynamic reconfiguration technology of the design, you can dynamically and real-time configure the system. The configuration is not only flexibility and convenient, but also improved the hardware resource utilization.The design achieved the combination of FPGA chip, sensor data acquisition technology and reconfigurable technology. Compared with ordinary data acquisition equipment, the design improves the rate of data acquisition and processing, it can not only static reconfigure system functions, but also can online real-time reconfigure system functions. The design provides a new attempt for the sensor data collection work of industrial automation field, and also provides a new reference model for the sensor data acquisition technology of next generation.
