The Research And Implementation Of Modeling Customization Supproted Workflow System

In recent years, information system becomes popular in some organization such as school and some corporations. How to resolve some process control problem caused by the application scale expansion of information systems is a problem which should be research. The author researches and gives a solution to build modeling customization supported workflow system base on some process control problems coming from high school information system developing.Process control should be imported in any aspects of information systems, such as business process management aspect and operation control process management aspect. Some complex business processes owning a lot of steps should be process by many participants and program sections. Managing these processes by workflow system can make the process execution becoming clear and hierarchical. In this way, process developers should not pay more attention to progress control logic and state control logic, and the process development becomes easier. On the other hand, process control should also be imported in interactive operation aspect. We may consider complex transition logic between some pages and program sections as process execution logic. It can be extracted from business function code, and be handed to workflow system. This solution may enhance scalability and modification of the interactive logic, and promote efficiency of complex interactive operation development distinctly while reducing its maintenance costs.Two application aspects which should import process control are different in their process description system. This shows information systems apply workflow system widely, but owning their special requirement. Author uses a workflow solution which supports modeling method to build suitable workflow system quickly with low cost for those application aspects need workflow supported. This kind of workflow system contains a basic process management support system and some upper extend workflow system. Basic process management support system maintains a common process model needed for process execution, while provide a universal execution environment for upper extend flow system, basic process execution function and process storage function. Upper extend workflow system should support suitable modeling method according to process management requirement from special application aspect, and implement parse mechanism for this modeling method. All process description information generated by different modeling method should be parsed to process template satisfying common process model specification. Their execution is managed be basic process management support system.
