In an enterprise's daily activities, High percentage of which belongs to flow activities, such as production process, all sorts of application forms, document sign or approval, order or delivery transaction, and expense application & payment, etc. Any task performed in series or in parallel by two or more members of a workgroup to reach a common goal is called "workflow". The term "workflow" is used as a synonym for "business process". This terminology developed by the WorkFlow Management Coalition (WFMC), which WFMC is an organization dedicated to developing standard terminology and standard interfaces for workflow management systems components. In the last twenty years, workflow management—"takes the business processes out of the applications". Now that data management and user interfacing have largely disappeared from applications themselves, it seems that much of the software is devoted to business processes (procedures) and the handling of cases. Therefore, it has become attractive to isolate this component now and find a separate solution for it. Not only can this accelerate the development of information systems, but it also offers the added advantage that the business processes become easier to maintain.Workflow management system of document processing is our scope of project, which is developed to control, monitor, and optimize the workflow of document process. The system also increases the performance of the document process activities. The documents activities that the system can support are completing form "fill out", documents approval, and documents validations. In this thesis we will analysis the workflow management system of document processing and what kind of processes needs, than we illustrate sample structure of the system and how we designed some functions of the system, later on we implement some code that can make the idea clear, than we explain the database that used by the system and how it logically and physically designed, finally we attach the system guide to help the readers of this these also any user want to use this system.
