Environment Monitoring System Design Of IDC Computer Room Based On Zigbee And Plc

Internet Data Center (IDC) of the computer room environmental parameters or abnormal alarm, such as:temperature, humidity, illumination, a server alarm and air conditioning water overflow condition monitoring, must rely on duty personnel on-site inspection to check the records of timing. The consequences of such operations will not guarantee room within the environmental factors in real-time monitoring, if problems arise between two inspections, will cann’t be found and treated in time, easy to cause the accident.Power Line Carrier (PLC) technology is a way of communication to transmit data or signals on electrical wire. Formerly, PLC was mostly used by electric power departments for electric dispatch and management via high-voltage transmission network. But in recent10years, the technology to constitute data transmission network by low-voltage power line has been making a great progress.As a newly developed communication technology, in the home control and building automation) with its simple protocol, low cost, low power consumption, easy networking features, ZigBee technology has a broad market space.With the rapid development and popularization of network technology and computer technology, the Internet has been widely applied, so as to realize in the large range of high speed information transmission and resource sharing. Embedded system is widely used in household appliances, monitoring facilities and intelligent instrument. The combination of embedded system and the Internet has become an inevitable trend. Internet-based remote supervisory system is the combination of information network and control network. It completes the monitoring and control tasks based on network, by which the monitoring and control range can be greatly extended, and moreover the control technology will be more networkized.In order to solve the IDC (Internet Data Center) room regional environmental monitoring problems, this article gave a scheme based on ZigBee and power line carrier technology,through the wireless network and power line network are combined to realize remote data collection, transmission and control of nodes. This design through the CC2430and SC1128design based on the ZigBee wireless transmission protocol for power line communication network environment monitoring system,the functions were also realized such as the engine room of region environment data detecting, based on the ZigBee wireless data transmission, data exchange among PLC, CC2430and SIO Server as well as through the embedded Web server remote computer room environment monitoring and other functions. This system builds communication and interactive among zigbee wirelsss network, Internet and PLC network so as to realize effective monitoring and control of nodes on PLC network which breaks through deficiency that PLC network can only work within the range of one transformer before. Making the system have some application creativity.
