At present,electric power data are collected by intelligent meter in domestic electricity,and the power data are only fed back to the Power Grid Corp.Users can only learn the electricity consumption per month.Unable to know the precise electricity consumption data,it is easy to cause electricity consumption of residents,unable to achieve energy saving,but also reduces the user's real-time and convenient experience.The above analysis shows that there are many improvements in household power consumption monitoring.In this paper,a family power consumption monitoring system based on power carrier communication technology and embedded system technology is designed,which realizes the collection of household power consumption parameters and the real time monitoring of household power consumption.Measure and promote the efficient and energy-saving use of power users.The main work of this article is as follows:First,the current research status,development trend and research significance of power consumption monitoring at home and abroad are analyzed.Data acquisition technology and carrier communication technology are studied and analyzed.In view of the shortcomings of some current power consumption monitoring systems,the overall solution of the system is completed.Secondly,in view of the market demand obtained from the research and analysis,the design and production of the power acquisition terminal are elaborated in detail,and the hardware circuit design of terminal nodes and the power line communication based on the DLT-645 power carrier protocol are completed.The terminal is deployed in the home circuit,which can communicate with the home smart meter,and realize the timing collection,timing storage,real-time information view and related instruction forwarding of household power consumption data.Then,the software environment of the embedded main control platform is completed.After the acquisition terminal is connected with the embedded platform,the embedded Linux master control platform is responsible for uploading data and forwarding the server commands to the remote server.The user can view the power parameters remotely and realtime.At this time,the user send the main control platform through the wireless communication based on the TCP/IP protocol,which is forwarded by the main control platform.The arrival and execution of the instructions.The embedded platform can realize client's real-time request for power data and regular storage of data collected by terminal.Finally,physical interface test,carrier communication test,system stability test and wireless module communication test are carried out in this paper.The test results show that the power consumption monitoring system designed in this paper can reliably and reliably complete the power consumption monitoring function,and is convenient to use,low cost,and has good market value.
