The Design And Realization Of Foreign Stadent Management System For Weifang Medical University

Recent years, China’s medical professional students expanded exponentially. The medical profession becomes the top profession of accepting foreign students In addition to the Chinese profession in China. The elevating to a higher level of medical education for foreign students of Weifang Medical University has great significance to expand the students scale, raise the level of student education and promote exchanges and cooperation of the foreign education. A higher demands on the management of students has been carried out with the increasing number of foreign students, so that Weifang Medical University should develop Foreign Student Management System to improve management efforts by means of information technology.This paper describes requirements, design and realization process of Foreign Student Management System of Weifang Medical University. Firstly, we research the demands of the system and get the requirements and determine the functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements of the system. Then the paper describes the detailed design of each module by class diagram and timing diagram, and the system uses J2EE architecture and B/S to complete it; The system uses JAVA language,Struts+Hiberninate technology, JSP technology, MySQL and MVC development model for multi-layer architecture design. At last the system achieves five function modules such as school status management, educational management, daily management, interaction management and system management. The system mostly achieves the requirements of Weifang Medical University and finally the paper describes each functional module by showing parts of the codes.The development of the system bases on the actual business processes of foreign students’ management and many students can attend courses online and choose activities after the application of the system. This system allows reforming the information management of foreign students’ education and realizing the real network, thereby it enables the emerging online teaching career going into a new level.Although the result of this paper has been applied widely, the system needs to further improve and perfect to create a system to suit the changing needs.
