Research And Analysis Of The Student Status Management System Of Yunnan Vocational College Of Economics, Trade And Foreign Affairs

Yunnan Vocational College of Foreign Trade and Economic Affairs,as a private ordinary college,the number of teachers and students in the school has been as many as 15,000 people.With the number of college enrollment and the scale of the school continues to expand,the number of teachers and students will be further increased.In the face of this development trend,the work of our school student management still relies on the way of manual management.The face of more than ten thousand students in school student management,the way of manual,not only a huge workload,and prone to error.It is extremely difficult for the students to find and maintain the school students’ archives.The school management work as our school teaching and teaching work and an important part of this manual management of student status,but also greatly restricts the pace of education and teaching work of our school.So for our school,how to use information technology to manage the students’ school files,increase our school information construction is currently facing an urgent problem to be solved.And as a starting point of this problem,I hoped to build a student management system,to help our school to get out of school management methods to improve the level of teaching information,so that better service teaching,For our school to achieve early goals to contribute to this goal.The subject start from the actual work of the content of my daily departure,combined with software engineering related knowledge,and the business analysis,functional requirements analysis and data analysis of the student management system of Yunnan Economic and Trade Vocational College were carried out.In the process of business analysis,the original business in the management of student status is analyzed in detail,and the flow 字符型 ts are used to described the business.Then,the original business process in the shortcomings of the corresponding business process optimization,and the flow 字符型 t are used too.In the course of the functional requirements analysis of the system,the role of the system is analyzed firstly,and then the main function modules of the student management system of Yunnan Economic and Trade Vocational College are analyzed in detail using the use case analysis,and the function package diagram of each main function module is made.In the process of data analysis,the function data of the system are analyzed and described by using the thumbnail,and the E-R diagram of the system is made,and the main database table of the system is designed in detail.At the end of the paper,the main contents of this paper are summarized,and the future work is forecasted.
