| With the rapid development of information technology, especially the rapid development and popularization of computer network technology and database technology, the world has entered the era of big data. Although it has brought a tremendous impact on people’s life and work, we should make full use of it, so as to improve the working efficiency. Because of the reform of the education system, the enrollment scale of the major institutions of higher learning has been expanded, which has increased the burden of the students’ management. Through manual finishing statements or single Excel software were student management is still the main way of the student management in Colleges and universities, the traditional manual management efficiency is low, prone to omissions, to student management brought great trouble.According to the actual situation of the Foreign Language Department of Yunnan University, this paper summarizes the research on the students management system, and points out the background and significance, research methods and technology of the system, and analyzes the requirements of the system, including business analysis, function analysis and data analysis. In business analysis, the business process is optimized, and the functional analysis, use case analysis and functional analysis are used to analyze the system function modules. The system includes student status management, file management, class management, daily management, daily management, and system management. At the end of the paper, the research contents of this paper are summarized, and the further work is prospected.This paper studies the student management system to improve the work efficiency and quality of work, to ensure the reliability of students management work, and can be a lot of valuable time to better use to serve the students’ work. |
