| Various website applications have been matured as information technologies developed, which have been used into different industries in society. The combination of computer network technology and student assistance program is designed to develop the student assistance information management system, which is expected to extend the information level in assistance management, and be an exploratory and creative mark in history.This thesis provides systematic analysis based on full and deep researches, and makes use of object-oriented software methodology to analyze and design the student assistance information management system. The system applies MVC applied program structure, and presents systematic divisions and functional models structure map. The project of database starts with the theories and primary procedures of database design, constructing complete data dictionary; and according to entity and features of the involved system, the project presents the relationship map of the system database as well. During the application of the technology, the thesis tries to emphasize the four sub-functional systems and the user registration system, and also the dominant coding system. As the function demands, with the help of MIS systematic analysis of WEB, the author proposes to fulfill the system development using MYSQL database, B/S structure, PHP technology and Apache service controller. At last, with the cautious study on the project design and development, the author further explores the applications of student assistance information management system.Recently, the system has already passed the test, and the functions have been fulfilled as expected. The practical facts prove that the student assistance information management system can raise the efficiency of assistance management, and save the costs as well, which further promotes the informational process in student assistance. |
