Temperature and humidity conditions are important basis of tobacco baking. Toobtain high quality of the tobacco, telemonitoring provides a safeguard. Wirecommunication cable may hardly meet needs of data acquisition and transmission sincefarmland is always big, remote and dispersive. With the development of electrontechnology and wireless network, it will be a good choice that to apply electrontechnology and wireless communication technology to agriculture supervisory control.To solve the problems caused by large time-variation, big delayand non-linearproperty in the measurement and control of the temperature and humidity in thethree-phase-drying process, an adaptive fuzzy PID controller has been designed.The STC89C54RD microcontroller is taken as the core to realize the collection andcontrolling of the temperature and humidity.The wireless communication betweenmicrocontroller and host computer by SIM300C.This system on the traditional PID control algorithm was improved. This system oftemperature and humidity control using fuzzy PID and adjust expert PID intelligentalgorithm. These measures can greatly improve the comprehensive use of tobacco leafbaking the level of automation and good practical value.
