In modern society, the development of humanistic spirit and science&technology provide favorable conditions for Citizen Journalism’s appearance.Since appeared in nineteen nineties,Citizen Journalism develops rapidly by New media in recent years. Many people began to pay attention to Citizen Journalism which is a new conversation mode of society. Meanwhile,as a new and popular media at present,MicroBlog met Citizen Journalism and became the foundation of it.So Citizen Journalism developed rapidly.And as the function of public opinion、role’s location and expectation of politics in domestic social background, Citizen Journalism appeared special feature.This paper selected Citizen Journalism in microblog platform from2010to2011as the main research object,and combined plenty of citizen Journalisn typical examples of microblog,cited some survey figures for quarters and years by research institutions.And this paper did some analysis and attention from " microblog the first year " in2010to the development of citizen journalism of microblog platform at the end of2011.The paper used the method of parallel and contrast to discuss the characteristics, function, social role and significance of citizen journalism of microblog platform which is different from traditional media journalism.At the same time, compared with other research about Citizen Journalism and Microblog,this paper which based on the analysis of citizen journalism in domestic on the context of microblog was not constrained the analysis of its unilateral characteristics or function.But the paper which was in domestic social transition perspective, paid attention to the citizen journalism of microblog platform’s features in the text characteristic,information dissemination.views expressed.promoting public opinion,ect. And researched the interactive influence between its features and ear.The paper analysed the existence problems in the current development objectively.and tried to discuss how to make it healthy development.In chapter one.the paper induced the discussion of Citizen Journalism in education circles roughly,and gave the definition of research object-----Citizen Journalism.and combed its development context which is from pre-network times to network times.to microblog times. With microblog represent of self media era arrival,the progress of network technology cause the change of the public as the main body of self media in opinion expression morphology inevitably. In chapter two,the paper discussed the characteristics and laws of citizen journalism of microblog platform about two aspects---information dissemination and viewpoint discussed,and compared with traditional media from three aspects,such as the news style,agenda set,and dominated mode.Different from the professional media products,citizen journalism carried the brand of grassroots and the taste of democracy since appeared.In chapter three,the paper analysed the roles in the transformation progress under the demotic society background which the growth of citizen journalism and microblog platform played.In this case,the paper analysed the social significance on citizen journalism which based on microblog.The significance is about public topics’ discussion, the public democratic cultivated, social problems in policy agenda promoted,and even the development of deliberative democracy promoted.In the last chapter,the paper analysed the some problems and obstacles which is in the progress of citizen journalism’s development.The analysis was from the own features of microblog platform and public discourse.Meanwhile,the paper discussed the healthy development of citizen journalism from the angles of citizen journalism in Self Media Ear,media、government and public.
