The Practice Of Citizen Media On The Internet

Recently, the thriving of internet has brought the throughout change. Since the opinions from market-oriented media are similar. The citizen media utilize the public strength to increase the media diversity. Besides, people have participated through sharing to raise public conscious. Finally, they can take the initiative to argue the public issue, and practice the public life.In order to explore citizen media, the study is divided into two parts. First of all, the development of citizen media and the impact of citizen media toward contemporary society will be extensively investigated. Secondly, the opportunity and challenge of citizen media will be comprehended through deep interview. (The interviewer is working with PeoPo.) In order to authenticate theory and result, the case study will be carefully analyzed.Through the understanding of citizen media in Taiwan, the research is expect to benefit to grassroots power and citizen media in China's mainland.
