The body isimproved through the consumption of goods,being consumed in theprocess of seeing and being seen.television fashion program is a product of television culturaldiversity.As one of the modern Chinese television entertainmentprogram, television fashion program, depending on the TV media,withthe networks auxiliary function,becomes the opinion leaders of theconstruction of the female body in urban fashion circles.With thepromotion of the female status and the awakening of the subjectconsciousness, the body, which was liberated, is widely used as thesubject of visual culture.Television fashion program as a entertainment specifically designed for women, which is not only the needs oftelevision media development, but also to satify the female diverseneeds. Television fashion program passed the concept of female bodyconstruction and consumption culture.This article researched the female body in the television fashionprogram with communication theory, body theory and so on.Itdiscussed the influence of television fashionprogram,female,concumption to the female bodyconstruction.Through analysising the television fashion programbackground and content elaborated how to construct the femalebody in the television fashion program represented the massmedia,and criticizing morbid,identity pursuite of self body image andexternal light inner part of body image view, as well as the blind bodyconsumption in the process of body image construction.It aims to guidecorrect view of body,aesthetic and consumption.
