MPLS VPN is appropriate for VPN business of higher requirement, such as network bandwidth, quality of service and security etc., and for remote interconnection private network of large and medium-size enterprises.MPLS, as a type of complete backbone network networking technology, builting on solution to various networking protocols concurrently, multilayer data processing. MPLS not only resolves existing bad expandability and bandwidth bottleneck in original network, but also enforces numerous stronger network administration function, guarantee network layer business running successfully. Application of MPLS QoS can effectively enhance quality of service of whole network.Customs backbone network, as a typical large-size enterprise network, has been applying for networking technology based on ATM technology, it’s various predicament challenge, for example,obsoleting equipment, increasing Cost and difficulty of running attention, lacking of flexibility adapting to new business.
