With the development of science and technology, the Oil field inspection instrumentsneeds to be much more standardized and scientific. Under the circumstances the cost of thedispersion equipment status inspection and maintenance became much higher than before.Each manager hopes that the costs can be eliminated and avoid hidden dangers promptly.However, most of the current inspections are often used artificial regular and irregular manualrecording mode. Its authenticity, the degree of standardization is always a difficult problemfor the enterprise managers. So it is urgent to set up intelligent patrol checking managementplatform in order of that the managers can timely, accurate, comprehensive understanding theoperation of equipment during the process of inspection.The paper introduces an intelligent inspection model based on Agent. The model is basedon Agent mechanism.In this model, according to the different features and need, Agent aredivided by different function. Through the Agent communication mechanism the variousAgents must work coordinately. The model is able to ensure the inspection data authenticityand makes the management for patrol inspection data more scientific. According to analysisthe inspection mechanism, the model will be instantiated into three parts. For example, dataacquistion, data transmission and control mandgement. In this inspection process, dataacquisition is composed of multiple patrol detectors. Each of them works as a data collectionAgent, and it is responsible for data collection. Control management not only monitorsreal-time data acquisition, analysis and processing. It also can help us monitoring,coordinating and controling patrol detector. Data transmission provides a medium ofinformation exchange between control center and patrol detector.The paper designs patrol detector hardware and software structure are based onembedded technology. GPRS finish transmissing of data between patrol detector and controlcenter are based on communication mechanism. Besides, the paper builds intelligentmanagement system platform of inspection. This platform not only real-time displaysequipment attribute parameters. But aslo help us analysis and proofreading the data.Eventually, it helps us forming various statements and informations of auxiliary decision.This paper uses the oil production sewage discharge data monitoring as an applicationcase, verify the usability of the inspection model design. Inspection instrument (Dataacquisition Agent) is responsible for collecting sewage monitoring data of every joint station,and uploads to the control center by GPRS module. In the control center, a plurality ofsoftware Agent completes the control management tasks. The system function stably,efficiency, and finaly achieve the design purpose.
