With the development of our industry recent years, the need for cold-rolled sheetand galvanized sheet from the fields of car and home appliance manufacturing isgetting bigger and bigger. At the same time, a higher quality is required. In theproduction and application of cold-rolled sheet, it was found that the surfacemorphology of cold-rolled sheet had an important influence on the sheet properties ofstamping and coating. The surface morphology is copied from the surface of cold rollin the process of texturing production. Therefore, to get good surface morphology oncold sheet, texture technology is needed.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of laser fabrication, the research on lasertexturing to cold roll whose material was9Cr3Mo was conducted by the use of fiberlaser texture flexible workstation. Without changing the type, angle, the pressure andflow of auxiliary gas, simple variable method was adopted to analyze the impact rulesof laser power, pulse frequency, pulse width, scanning speed, and defocus distance onthe size and roughness of roughen points. the results showed that, with the increase oflaser power, the size and roughen of roughen points will also increase, but the changelaw would lose its effectiveness when the laser power increasing to a certain value,with the increase of the laser power, the size and roughen of roughen points woulddecrease accordingly; the increase of pulse frequency would lead to the decrease oflaser pulse cycle, the size and roughness of roughen points would also become smalleraccordingly, and when the pulse frequency reduced, the size and roughness ofroughen points would become bigger; The size of the point and the surface roughnesswould increase with the increase of laser pulse width, and the size of roughen pointchanged with the pulse width in a way of linear relationship; The greater the scanningspeed was, the smaller the points density was, also the lower the peak number was,and because of the mutual constraint relationship of peak number and roughness, thescanning speed should be determined according to the requirements of production;Fiber laser is a kind of laser with very small divergence angle and good beam quality,with roughen point size and surface roughness almost no change when the defocusdistance being in the range of±1.5mm; Through matching the above parametersrationally, it can be realized roughen points unordered arranging.
