This paper based on the problems what traditional laser texturing high rejection rate and low solar-to-electrical conversion efficiency, advanced fiber laser texturing robot system was developed which consists of fiber laser, robot, software system, turning-lathe, injection head, side-blown system and peripheral equipment. This system was carried by fiber laser texturing machine and help robot and other equipments to execute texturing tasks.This system's control software can realize the implementation of communication among laser texturing machine, robot, lathe and peripheral equipment through PLC. Besides, it can also modulate the light generated by the fiber laser texturing machine with a high repetition-rate and adjust pulse frequency and duty ratio to export adjustable pulse. Most of all it can facilitate the users to select texturing form and set parameters of the texturing through the touch screen to realize human-computer interaction.Fiber laser texturing robot system has made major breakthrough compared to traditional laser texturing equipment. For example, it uses general machine tools instead of expensive grinder to achieve texturing features which can not only save much investment in equipment but also raise the production efficiency substantially. In addition to this, the system has a large tolerance for axial run which can greatly enhance the texturing speed. The interface was simple and easy to operate, and the system was stable and reliable; By using optical fiber laser and robots to work jointly, the system had the flexibility. So the roughen speeds could reach420RPM which was1times above faster than CO2laser texturing; The cost to texture one roll reduced to10RMB from2800RMB.Fiber laser texturing is a kind of controlled texturing technology. It can realize any design of texturing points'morphology and orderly or disorderly arrangement. Different requirements of users (requirements of the roughness after texturing or number of textured points per square millimeter) can be met by adjusting the texturing parameters.
