In the steel industry, for the production of high quality sheet metal surface need, people have made use of rolled steel wool roll surface treatment methods. Cold roll laser texturing technology as a new Technology, are widely used in the major steel producers in the iron and steel production industries. As for the corresponding laser texturing of roll surface roughness has also been proposed equipment needs.In this thesis, laser textured roll surface roughness of the need to test the integrated use of optical technology, CCD image acquisition technology and computer image processing technology, combined with the advanced research results to design a light-section method based on detection of non-contact type line laser textured roll surface roughness of the equipment.This thesis describes the setting parameters of roughness, light-section method of measurement principle, and the light-section method based on lased textured roll surface roughness of roll detection system structure, image acquisition and image processing process.Detection of the optical roughness of the principle of cutting, and on this theory for thelaser textured roll surface roughness needs, combined with roughness of knowledge and CCD optical signal processing technology,according to the actuallneeds of producti-on applications, In the application of convenience, the concept of reasonable structure, to promote the use of mature technology to wider areas to achieve technological in novation.Discuss the light-section method used in the laser textured roll surface roughness of the feasibility of the acquisition by computer graphics processing and data collection, using the existing variety of tools, the ultimate accuracy of the laser hair roll surface roughness Degree of specific value.
