As a representative of the new generation of laser technology, the fiber laserflexible workstation has overcome many short-comings of the traditional lasertexturing equipment, such as the serious thermal effect, bulky, poor stability, not suitedto large-scale production requirements. This fiber laser flexible workstation also has itsown advantages, such as texturing of good quality, low cost, high efficiency, can dotexturing ordered or disordered, multi-functional, easy to implement a modular,integrated, laid the foundation for the promotion of the technology of laser texturing.However, the fiber laser texturing technology is in the initial development stage, themain parameters on the process of texturing are in the study and analysis stage.Compared with traditional laser texturing, Metal have higher absorption rate for theshort-wavelength of fiber laser. Because of Single-frequency, single-mode operationand many differences, the main parameters on the process of texturing on are not thesame to the results of texturing. It is very important to use the method of numericalsimulation for forecasting and analyzing.In this paper, the method of numerical simulation was used to study the impactof the laser power, scanning-speed, The laser power is the main parameters todetermine the Fiber Laser texturing and morphology of two almost linear relationship.pulsewidth, defocus amount to fiber laser texturing process, The results showed that,Four methods for disorder texturing have been proposed according to Conclusion,inculding change the speed, change the Laser Head posture, change the Pulsefrequency, comprehensive adjustment method. The results showed that, four methodsall can realize the disorder texturing and the fourth method is better than others. Theresults have been applied to actual production.
