The Study On Image Processing And Visual Information

As the society is in a period of developing with high speed, no one can deny that it’s an era full of information-booms. The phenomenon of information is also at a complex and multiple stages that have never showed up. Visual information is the basic object of study in visual communication area. As the image is one of carriers in information transmitting, they have contacts between each other on movement style. If we say information theory study the issues around information communication in mathematics way, then this thesis focus on image——one of the carriers of visual information——to discuss questions like ways of visual information communication in arts and art design areas."We can not see the earth and mountains, we can not see the true world, while we are living in the world which full with images. As almost all objects have been transmit to images such as advertisements and photos, images become to be the absolute power to control the vision of persons." From newspaper to magazines, from movies to the internet, the information people read have been changed the words with images to the images and words and videos-the focus from words to images. Then, the period of reading-images has come. The visual circumstance of people has totally changed.The human visual information environment has undergone changes in turn the world upside down. People living in every kind of stationary, moving images. People and relationships are interaction, mutual transformation. Therefore, in such an era, image every hour and moment not affect people’s thinking and Thought invisible to people with a mental communication.This article will be divided into four parts of research:first, discussed the method of conveying information, image processing relevant content (the fust chapter and the second chapter); and then, discusses the relationship between the two and the interaction (Chapter third); finally, in "Beijing impression" for the proposition, this paper discusses how to use the specific image processing method city impression conveyed information (the fourth chapter).
