Automobile industry has traditionally been regarded as a pillar industry. In economic construction, it plays an important role. With the development of global integration, automobile industry is faced with unprecedented challenge. Nowadays, vehicle sales business in automobile industry chain is occupies a very important position, because its customer-orientation when the market changes from the buyer’s to the seller’s. The customer’s product demand and feedback are collected by dealers in various forms. Chinese auto industry begins late. Compared with overseas mature market, Chinese auto market is still in the initial stage of development. Vehicle sales link occupied a large profit. There is a large profit in the selling process which it intensifies competition among manufacturing enterprises. Since the domestic market has long been occupied by foreign brands, increasing the investment in informationalization is an efficient way for domestic enterprises to enhance their competition and find their feet in the domestic market.With the continuous development of IT technology and auto business become increasingly complicated, car companies put forward more and more requirements for enterprise application software. How to reduce the cost in informationalization and exchange information freely with the upstream and the downstream enterprises has long been a matter concerned by the domestic vehicle enterprises. The complex IT system in automobile industry contains various kinds and involves wide range which lead the auto enterprises to undertake huge IT cost. Due to the large amount of data and complex processes, the response speed decreases. Aiming at the above problems, we have completed the development of collaborative sales system based on the SaaS platform. The system was developed to fit sales business of light truck manufacturing company. It can complete from order submission, planning and statistics, marketing, a library, pay car dealers to vehicle storage, vehicle sales business. Collaborating the platform manufacturer and distributor sales can shorten the time of data interaction, so that factories, dealers and customers will all be the beneficiaries.First of all, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the system, and the current situation of the industry of car sales, mainly introduces the application of the present domestic and foreign car sales model and analyzes the traditional automobile sales management problems and the existing car sales system application status and shortcomings basing on it and simply introduces the currently used collaboration platform of automobile industry chains which is based on SaaS model. Secondly, the paper analyzes a prototype of the enterprises demand survey and introduces sales organization structure and business processes of the enterprise, finding out the existing problems and establishing the target. We use the UML unified modeling language to build case model for the system, and analyze the demand scientifically and reasonably. We choose three solutions basing on the characteristic of the prototype. Thirdly, the paper introduces the detailed design of the system, including the business process design and database design and implementation between the manufacturers and the dealers. Finally it introduces the key technology for using the system--the Microsoft PetShop4.0framework, the abstract factory and the reflection in.NET. We adopt C#language in the VS2008environment, using B/S model and MS SQL Server2005database complete landing system,order manage,plan manage,sale manage and system manage and so on.
