With the development of information technology and the rapid rise of e-commerce,the public's shopping methods have broken through the traditional embarrassment,and people's lives have become more convenient.Under the era of big data,government procurement has also developed toward e-commerce.Under this background,the integrated service providers for office supplies sales have to speed up the construction of information platforms,and in the new era,strive for more space for the survival and development of enterprises.However,most of the companies in the industry are small and medium-sized enterprises.They do not have the economic strength to independently develop,deploy,operate,and maintain information platforms.SaaS,one of the three major service modes of cloud computing,is a brand-new multi-tenant mode that is different from the traditional software model.The essence of the model is that the system adopts the architecture of a shared database and multi-tenants share the same software instance.In the sales mode,the traditional method of selling software is changed to the method of renting,and the number of users of the system and the lease time are used as the charging method to collect the annual fee of the rental enterprise.The SaaS model has greatly reduced the cost and risk for enterprises to enjoy information-based platform services,which has provided economic feasibility for the informationization of office supplies sales companies.Based on the status quo and development needs of office supplies sales industry,this paper combines the characteristics of multi-tenancy and high expansion of the SaaS model and Kylin,an OLAP data analysis engine.It has conducted in-depth research on the key technologies for setting up a SaaS platform in the office supplies sales industry.Specific business needs,completed the analysis and design of the main functions of the platform,realized the closed-loop process of office supplies sales,created a group model that adapts to the development of the industry,and proposed a new big data analysis platform based on Kylin.The design and research of the SaaS platform has great practical significance for the development of small and medium-sized office equipment sales.It has promoted the informationization process of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry,increased the efficiency of enterprises,boosted the government procurement market,and provided the enterprise with a perspective of big data analysis.The managers provided scientific decision-making basis,solved the pain points of the company's development,and helped the company break through the bottleneck of development.
