In the 21 st century,the further popularization of the Internet,mobile Internet,big data and cloud computing has had a more profound impact on people's work and lifestyle.With the help of Internet,enterprises can establish business channels,expand markets,enhance their own advantages,better integrate into the global trade environment and cope with competition.Network technology for the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises has provided a rare opportunity.Informatization is the basis and premise of networking,but limited by capital,talents and technology,small and medium-sized enterprises are still facing many difficulties in informatization construction,and traditional informatization mode can no longer fully meet their needs.Therefore,SaaS(Software as a Service)mode emerges at the historic moment.This mode is an emerging information construction mode,which can effectively solve a series of problems encountered in the information construction of small and medium-sized enterprises,and will become one of the trends of the information construction mode of small and medium-sized enterprises.SaaS is a completely innovative software application mode with the advantages of low cost,easy maintenance,fast efficiency and convenient use,etc.It will not only bring new changes to the development of China's software industry,but also bring new thinking mode to the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.With the development of The Times,the definition of industrial design is constantly changing,from simply focusing on products to focusing on products,systems,services and experiences.At the same time,the application scope of design thinking continues to expand,and service design has become a new field of industrial design research.The design of service software products should not only consider the ease of use and visual presentation,but also consider the rationality of its internal logic and the good experience of human-computer interaction.This paper will after-sales service management platform for enterprise SaaS solutions as the research object,by using service blueprint,user journey figure,user analysis,to subdivide different industry service platform for function and put forward solutions according to the design thinking and design means,the purpose is to solve the small and medium-sized enterprises money is used up big,long time consuming,later period maintenance cost is high,the design consideration to the user as the center,pay more attention to the service process of experience,an important factor of the user experience as a software service value.
