Research On Workflow Customization System For Collaborative Saas Platform Of Industry Chains

Industry chain is a network organization that operating around the core enterprise and composed by limited individual units. The industrial chain collaboration SaaS platform put this network organization as the research object to provide a way to achieve business collaboration public service platform by dynamic alliance for the enterprises on the chain[1]. The platform supports the business collaboration for enterprise groups with leading enterprises as the core by the same software and hardware systems. Different enterprise groups have different business process needs, therefore, the platform need to support user’s customization without affecting other users.Combined the National863project "automobile and engineering machinery multi-chain business collaboration service platform development," and the National Science and Technology Support Program "the automobile industry supply chain third-party logistics service platform development and application", for the features of multi-tenant and business collaboration around the core enterprise, studied the workflow customization system for collaborative SaaS platform of industry chains. Including:(1) Detailed analysis for system from process customization tools, process control engine and security mechanisms, according to the requirements by the enterprise groups and industrial chain collaboration SaaS platform.(2) Researched the process customization technology. Built the workflow customization model and data storage models for multi-level customization through building mapping relationships between business processes and business functions and business groups and the custom relationships between enterprise groups and business processes. Proposed driving rules and load control methods for workflow models.(3) Built safety control model for workflow and corresponding algorithm based on digital signatures and business case relation for the security risks in workflow rules customizing, store/access and customization process execution control.(4) Detail describe on design and implementation of workflow customization system. Analyzes the interface design and implementation of workflow customization tools and the implementation of workflow control engine and security mechanisms. Verified the functions of workflow customization system through the implementation of workflow customization and operational activities on the auto parts chain service system based on SaaS.
