| Glass washing machine is the key component of the energy-saving insulating glass production line which has the broad application prospect. At present the mainstream insulating glass production equipment in the domestic mainly depends on foreign import, which is not only expensive, but with high maintenance and using costs. Therefore this paper involving the research and development of the automatic washing machine will speed up the development of the domestic glass washing machine and improve the technology innovation level.Base on analyzing the working process and the control requirements of the automatic insulating glass washing machine, this paper introduces a new electrical control system of washing machine with independent intellectual property rights and meets the requirements of the domestic insulating glass production industry. In the overall scheme of the electrical control system, the Siemens S7-300PLC and the TP177B touch screen are used as the lower and upper control machine respectively, making the whole work process achieve the automatic control and the real-time monitoring. The system uses the Profibus-DP communication style to realize the distributed master and slave communication between the PLC and the multiple inverters. The software design includes the lower PLC program design and the upper human machine interface configuration. The PLC program uses the Siemens STEP-7programming software to conduct the modular programming basing the control process which can achieve the control of each executive agency; the upper human machine interface uses the Wincc flexible configuration software which makes the operation more convenient and the man-machine interaction friendly.For the washing machine researched and developed from this issue, after a year of commissioning and trial operation, the monitoring system is stable and the automated production efficiency increases significantly which meets the requirements of the site production very well. |
