Control System in 21'centrury would be combination of net and control. As the development of computer, communication, auto-control method, and micro-electronic, more and more intelligent performance has been required in the industry manufacture, as the result remote monitor and control industry terminator would be the development tide. While the great progress of manufacture technics, cost of embedded control chip has been lower and lower as well as get more and more powerful function, the problem of embedded micro-controller accessing Internet has been solved easily, consequently embedded net control technic has emerged.Research and design of embedded net control system platform has been the key work in my project. By analyzing pro and con of two important net architecture, namely C/S model & B/S model, integrated system structure of embedded HTTP web server and Java applet have been adopted, so the flexibility and convenience in B/S model as well as the professional in C/S model have been maintained simultaneously. As the application basement, the real-time system, namely uC/OS-II, has been transplanted into the UP-TECH S3C2410 development board out of the reason in real time performance of net control system. For the realization of net work function in embedded controller platform, uC/TCPIP and its appendix uC/HTTP web server have been transplanted into uC/OS-II, and the special drive of net controller DM9000A has been designed while the file system FAT32 has been build.Taking the industry washing machine as the control object, we analyzed its function models. As the trial object in net-work embedded control system, its three typical eigen value: inverter communication, I/O control and ADC monitor have been taken as the remote control target in the client. In the embedded controller, corresponding program for net socket monitor and washing machine control has been designed, while the client friendly GUI and control web page have been developed in Java Applet to realize the washing machine remote real-time monitor and control, so the on line frequency conversion speed regulation, valve switch and washing room temperature surveillance have been executed.At last, conclusion and perspective have been deduced. As a kind of control system, net control system inherit the entire traditional characteristic, however, it also gained new speciality due to its new environment. Some problem and the key research work also have been introduced.My project has built a soft & hard support for further study on the net-work embedded control system.
