Fuzzy control is a reflection of human intelligence intelligent control method, especially in recent years has achieved rapid development Fuzzy control can be widely accepted because it has some significant advantages:1、 The design of fuzzy controller does not depend on the accurate mathematical model of the controlled object.2、 Fuzzy control language is described in accordance with people’s habits, so it is easy to be accepted by the operator3、 Fuzzy controller is easy to be realized on computer software.4、 Robustness and adaptability are good.Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) has strong anti-jamming capability, programming operation and maintenance convenience and design, construction, debug cycle of short cycle etc. PLC has the main functions such as sequential logic control, timer count control, stepper and motion control, data processing, digital/analog and analog/digital conversion etc.Washing machine in densely populated areas have a lot of problems, such as failure rate, level of automation is not high enough, the cleanliness of clothes.To solve these problems, We propose a combination of PLC and fuzzy control ideas. Then Principle and mode of operation of the laundry process requires various types of sensors are described and gives parts of the interface circuit. The data collected by sensors were analyzed and simplified data by a simple method. The purpose of simplifying data is to reduce redundant data. the fuzzy controller analytical ability and processing speed will greatly improve. The simplified data by fuzzy processing, fuzzy rules,fuzzy decision and MATLAB Simulation. In addition to according to the basic principle of eddy current sensor, we designed a simple coin. We also give the circuit diagram.Finally, this paper designs the entire washing process flowchart program.
