Due to some problems such as bigger noise and vibration of one front loader washing machine, its key parts are investigated by analyzing their influence on systematic dynamic characteristics. In this thesis, three models, named dynamic model, virtual prototype model and mechatronic model of washing machine are formulated or set up with different ways respectively, the physical and geometric parameters of parts are recommended in term of the optimization results. Some achievements are summarized as following.(1) Washing machine's 6-dof dynamics model is formulated in terms of vector method. Kinematics and dynamics has been analyzed in the following. Using the numerical analysis, the law between the amplitude of washing machine and physical parameters is investigated.(2) The virtual prototype of front loader washing machine is established according to Pro/E and MSC. ADAMS commercial software. Then, the vibration mechanism and dynamic characteristics are analyzed with the help multi-flexible body theory. The sensitivity of structure parameters on systematic dynamic characteristics is analyzed in detail, and the influence on vibration of outer barrel is found. Furthermore, the whole optimization scheme of system is proposed.(3) Mechatronic modeling strategy and steps are developed here for front loader washing machine using commercial tools such as MSC. ADAMS and Simulink. The simulation is done in Simulink for validation of the above theory and mathematic model.The above researches, not only give the guide to parameter optimization design of key parts of front loader washing machine, but also offer good theory foundation for the development of physical prototype.
