The Upgrade And Study For Washer Control System Base On Beer Production Line

Washing machine is one of the high cost machines in filling production line, at the same time, bottle washing is an important and indispensable link in the beer process, whether the washing machine operation reliable or the bottle cleaning process achieve requirements will be a direct impact on production costs and the quality of beer, so ,it is very important for beer producers that washing machine are stability, anti-interference and work efficiency.With the developing of science and technology, and the bottle washing is an important task that links to ensure beer's quality and bearing in beer filling and production process. The washing quality of the bottle will have a direct impact on the quality of beer, the beer producers are trying to find a control system that it can be suitable for the production of bottle-washing plant ,the control system of production line may not be the most advanced in the world, but it must be a cost-effective,practical strong,good stability,simple operation and easy maintenance of the control system.The key researches of this thesis is how to upgrade the KRONES washing machine control system which is has worked more than a decade, makes it suffice the production needs and the system is running a stable, practical, reduce malfunction time and improve production efficiency.The analyzing the washing machine old control system exists not stability and operational complexity in this thesis. The original mechanical structure of the washing machine is unchanged, the control cabinets will keep most the wiring the same, after reading the relevant information. The original Siemens S5 control system is upgraded to S7 control system, through field-bus technology to solve the original control system cabling complexity and all control cabinets connecting cables are so length as well as aging to cause the control system instability problems, at the same time the original simple operation panel will be upgraded to a touch screen panel for convenient the system information visualization and operator operation.The control system of this paper is designed to efficient, stable, practical, simple operation, easy access to programs and anti-jamming and so on.
