Web Server Designing And Realization Based On Linux System

Today,embedded system has been applied in our life everywhere.With the continuous development of chip technology,the performance of embedded microprocessor is also improving.The integration trend of embedded devices and Internet is becoming more and more obvious.This new trend brings people convenience to maintain and manage embedded devices.In order to realize these functions,the most popular method to develop a Web server which is Embedded in device,which is also the main goal of this thesis.In order to realize a embedded Web server,we should build a stable embedded system firstly,which includes hardware and software systems.This thesis designs hardware and software system that is based on embedded microprocessor and embedded operating system.After that,this thesis begins the coding of Web server module and completes the following work:(1)After extensive research the latest information of embedded Web server,the thesis puts forward the overall design of Web server.(2)Design and realize embedded hardware systems which is based on PPC8306 microprocessor.(3)Build the software platform.Including the establishment of cross-compiler environment for embedded Linux,U-Boot,the transplant work of Linux kernel and root file system.(4)Design and realize embedded Web server program which is based on the protocol of HTTP / 1.1.At last,the thesis do some verification test,which includes platform testing,stability test,static and dynamic Web pages test.In that way,we can demonstrate that the system is stable and meets the needs of we put forward.In this thesis,the embedded Web server system which is designed independently and realized has a high value on practical application for low cost,small size and better performance on transplanting.
