Circuit board (PCB) welding process is an important factor to affect the electronic product quality and production efficiency.Laser welding have so many advantages such as the focus spot is small, the energy density and welding speed, the impaction our neighbors and small, easy to control.It has unique advantages in the PCB board soldering.This thesis is on the PCB board laser welding technology and focusing on the intelligent control technology in laser welding of the PCB board.This paper developed a set of embedded PCB board laser welding machine intelligent control system.The system uses the structure of the core board plus peripheral board.Core board using the models of Samsung S3C6410ARM11processor core chip, Use of its rich set of interfaces and human-computer interaction capabilities for overall system control and achieve PCB processing data files input. Peripheral board using STC89C516RD Single-chip microcomputer to control the movement of the X-Y motion platform.At the same time using the Moire fringe closed-loop monitoring of the actual movement of the XY motion platform.The papers discussed in detail the design of each circuit module.In the software the papers complete the Win CE system customization and porting and Completed the development of the GPIO driver, The preparation of applications and interactive interface,PCB processing data text file read, motors and motion control functions.Test results show that the control system designed in this paper, simple operation, stable operation, to meet the intelligent control of laser welding machine of the PCB requirements.
