Research On The Effect Of Laser Precise Welding With Different Wavelengthes

Laser processing has many application in precise processing for high power density and small focusing beam spot. Some theoretical and practical work has been done.Pulse laser welding principle is discussed firstly. The analysis of the parameter in laser welding is done. Based on theory and comparing with different type material welding with compound-metal powder cladding, the experimental research on bridge-stripe welding is done. Many factors which influence the welding affect is analysed. The main parameters is optimized and the stable welding affect is achieved.The influence of wavelength on welding is analysed, especially cladding depth and power density. In the experiment, the optimal parameter in bridge-stripe welding is obtained.
