In recent years, the global economic integration plays a great role in promotingthe development of China’s economy and the enterprise of the huge transformation.Rapid development of Internet has changed the traditional business model,many newmanagement idea and methods also have innovations, market competition isbecoming increasingly fierce, the companies start to transform the competition fromproduct quality, price gradually to the service.SH companies follows the trend of the times closely, gradually shifted fromtraditional products and scale as the center of the extensive management model to acustomer-centric, take the customer as the focus, complete the change of Customervalue and achieve the maximum profit of intensive management mode.SH companyhas realized that good customer relations is very important to the survival anddevelopment of company. With the rising of management, SH company needs someeffective management tools, complete the integrated and unified management ofmulti-channel sales and service. and to help them quickly identify of the big customers,loyal customers, valuable customers, make sure that the company will be able to inputlimited resources into these customers, offer various kinds of personalized productsand services so that SH sustained and steady development in the highly competitivemarket environment.This paper will analyze the project feasibility and systems function of SHCRM.The project team of SH CRM and software company design one customermanagement system suited to the characteristics of the industry according to thecompany’s future development planning and management ideas.SH’s research to functional design of the CRM system may instructive differentmarketing models between different companies under the B-TO-B business model. Attention and support given by senior leadership of the company is the key to thesuccessfully produced of CRM system, at the same time, SH’s existing informationsystem and IT technology is the hardware protection to the successful implementationof CRM.
