In the Integrated Service Platform, the key customer management system is a part of BOSS system which is constructed by China Netcom (group) corporation LTD. Liaoning Branch from 2004.The BOSS system constructed by China Netcom (group) corporation LTD. Liaoning Branch, uses the entire province centralism, the core data centralized management construction plan, is divided into 6 sub-systems, The synthesis service platform, the accounting system, the synthesis checkout system, on-line collecting system, the resource management system and the switching network management system, And uses EAI to carry on the system conformity. The key customer management system is the application system which establishes on the synthesis service platform foundation construction.This article first introduced the construction background and the significance of key customer management system in the synthesis service platform, with the use-case method to carries on the demand analysis of the key customer management system in the synthesis service platform.
