The Design And Implementation Of Configuration Management Subsystem In Taobao Customer Service Platform

Taobao Customer Service Platform is one of the main products of the Chef Customer Office Department in Alibaba Company,which is used to support the daily work of customer service staff.It is designed to improve the quality of customer service by technology,so as to provide better user experience for customers.The Configuration Management Subsystem in Taobao Customer Service Platform is a configuration management subsystem,which is designed to manage the configuration data and simplify the development of the requirements that can be related to configurations,with the purpose of improving the development efficiency and helping the department to support more business requirements with lower cost.The Configuration Management Subsystem in Taobao Customer Service Platform uses Java language and is based on HSF,Spring Boot and My Batis frameworks.It uses Schulduler X for distributed task scheduling,Tair as distributed cache middleware and AONE as project management platform.This thesis first introduces the project background,the research status,the main word and the structure of this system.Then describes the requirements of this system and carries out the overall design,dividing this system into five modules: configuration management,business factor management,subscription management,release management and version management.Then describes the design and implementation details of these modules and introduces the test results of this system.Finally,gives the conclusion and prospect of this system.After this system was put into use,it has been used by three projects.This system has significantly improved the efficiency of the development of daily requirements.The average completion time of the configuration requirements in the department has been shortened.The modifiability and expansibility of Taobao Customer Service Platform have also been significantly enhanced.
