Research On Henan Country-level Library Information Resources Construction

Country-level library is our country basic unit public library and an important part of the grassroots public culture system. It is responsible for the important mission of raising people quality and spreading knowledge. Country-level library has played a great impetus to improving regional cultural atmosphere, saving the local cultural resources and promoting preserved cultural, social, scientific and technological development. Country-level library is also an important knowledge base of information justice promotion and a reduction of areas information knowledge differences and harmonious society’s construction.In order to promote the further development of henan province country-level library and enhance the construction and service level, this paper by ways of field survey, interview, questionnaire investigation and consulting related analysis summarized the county level library’s personnel structure, service efficiency, funds situation and other aspects in henan province, extract the advantages and disadvantages of henan country-level library’s development in the new era. Second, we comprehensive evaluation in the new period of the county level library information resources construction level, established assessment index system of the country-level library information resources construction in henan province. Combining TOPSIS method and linear weighted method to set up the evaluation model of henan province country-level library information resources construction, using this model of the four country-level library and empirical analysis four country-level library information resources construction level quality sort, combined with the assessment and put forward the improve henan Country-level library information resources construction level of countermeasures.
